Brenden (video) and Sophie (photos) arrived on schedule according to our timeline, and they were very personable, cool, and friendly while they were with us. They captured beautiful, intimate photos of our entire group before and during the ceremony. Our contract hours ended before the reception was over, but we caught the most important moments (speeches, first dances/parent dances, cultural dance) before they left. It did take a bit longer than I expected (4-5 weeks) to get all our edited photos and wedding video back, but I understand Brenden was shooting an international wedding right after ours. And he did send us a portion of the edited photos within two weeks as a preview. I loved the photos and they gave us so many, I will cherish them forever. Our final wedding video is absolutely beautiful and immediately took me back to our special day (tears!). The editing is fabulous, choice of music is great, and he caught so many amazing moments throughout the evening. There was only one drawback from our overall positive experience with Fifteen Weddings. My husband and I opted for the more traditional route and did not do a first look before the ceremony. We had a 45-minute cocktail hour between the ceremony and reception that we planned to use for wedding party photos, and of course photos of the two of us. But the photo session felt rushed and lacked direction, and we finished in about 20 minutes. I got the sense that Brenden was much more experienced than the actual photographer, Sophie, so I wish he had stepped in to give some guidance. We got a lot of great photos with our family and wedding party, but we had maybe 5 photos of just me and my husband. With everything going on (wedding brain), I expected our photography team to step in and take control and make sure we got the same experience and same intimate photos as if we'd done the first look. Yes we got action photos of the two of us from the whole night, but I am disappointed that we don't have more posed photos when we had plenty of time to continue taking pictures during the cocktail hour. We had a great experience with their team and I definitely recommend them, but be sure you communicate what your key photos are and that they capture them.

ony June 29, 2019. We mentioned to Brenden right away we had a bad experience with a videographer who ghosted us with our deposit and that’s why we booked him in February of 2019 late in the game. He promised he wouldn’t treat us like that.. and yet here I am writing a review in hopes he only improves his business skills to save other couples from this kind of anxiety. For the amount of money we paid ($4500) we still have not received our highlight film, it’s just a Facebook / YouTube Link. He finally showed us the highlight film at 8 weeks post wedding. We received raw footage (5 months post wedding) on a cheap usb drive of our ceremony which is all 10 second to maybe 1 minute clips with the exception of our 5 minute “vow clip”. We also received raw footage of speeches, but it’s not the full speeches. Again it’s just clips, and not even the full speeches they’re cut off.. so again we will never be able to relive the moments we thought we paid for. Everything for the day was hand held, and at times over exposed in the raw footage. We also requested good audio + drone footage. He never brought the drone, oh well I guess. There was no attempt at delivering a full ceremony video, even though that’s what I thought we paid for. We will have to “put it together ourselves” and even then it won’t be the full video because of all the 10 second - 1 minute clips compared to a full video. We had to reach out multiple times from text, phone calls, to email to ask to even be sent the footage his website said “guaranteed 4 week turn around” and it’s been 5 months. When we received the USB of raw footage I immediately reached out saying the highlight film wasn’t on there, I have not heard a response back from him. As well Brenden said travel was included in his prices, and I thought I was being extra accommodating by paying for 1 night hotel stay then sending him the reservation months in advance to our wedding. He called me at midnight the night before our wedding saying, “hey you didn’t pay for another night and we’re about an hour away”.. which I found to be extremely unprofessional. Whether it was miscommunication and I was suppose to pay more penny pinching me hours before our wedding is not something you do to a bride, if anything mention it later and send an invoice. During the wedding ourselves myself, our family, and our guests noticed how they were constantly sitting around on their phones. I know we had down time due to the weather, but wished they would have at least made an effort to not look like they could care less. Part of me now wishes we could get all the raw footage so we could just fix the rest ourselves, but that’s not what we wanted. We wanted someone to deliver the best of our day so we could be the couple not the photographers we normally are at weddings. I haven’t asked for money back yet, I truly only wanted what I thought I paid for.. but I will be contacting my lawyer tomorrow. His talent is amazing, but unfortunately the experience and everything else has been exhausting to deal with.

While watching it, I relived every moment and every emotion. I felt all of the nerves, the excitement, everything. He completely surpassed all of our expectations. Leading up to the wedding, communication was key. (We’re in New York, Brenden is in Texas and the wedding was in Greece.) Brenden was always quick to answer every email and was always happy to do so. He made planning and coordinating a breeze. The day of the wedding went so smoothly. Honestly, I don’t even know how he captured half of the moments he did because I was completely unaware which is fantastic because he was able to capture all of these candid moments and nothing was forced. In general, everyone loved Brenden and kept asking about him in the days after the wedding because he was great to be around and was extremely kind to everyone. We were able to go about our day and then have this beautiful video put together to allow us to relive the day with our family and friends. If you’re having a destination wedding or are local, I highly recommend Fifteen Weddings! We’re so lucky to have been able to work with them and I wish we could do it all over again!
